| OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE: |

We pick up the mails, we provide a consignment note, bring the materials to our office to attach delivery receipts, sorting them accroding
to courier and area and delicer the following day. The Proofs of delivery along with the endorsements report of moved out clients shall be submitted
to the client's office after the completion of delivery.
